We are a non-profit coalition of L.A. City residents seeking a City Ordinance to regulate businesses which operate for profit boarding houses, such as sober living facilities, parolee homes and licensed community care facilities, in our communities, in order to maintain the quality of the City’s neighborhoods, while balancing the needs of the disabled.
